Sauron –who at that time was pretending to be Annatar, Lord of Gifts– was angry with the Elves. Sauron, of course, intended to use the One Ring to control the bearers of all the other Rings of Power. To understand the answer to this question, it is crucial to know how the Rings of Power were created as well as their purposes. So why did their power fade after the destruction of the One Ring if Sauron played no role in their creation? Sauron played a role in the creation of the nine Rings given to men and the seven Rings given to the Dwarves, but not the three possessed by the Elves. We did 1a, 1b and so on to keep track of which pieces go together.There are actually many Rings of Power in the Lord of the Rings series. Note: You may want to start labelling your pieces as you make them or it will get very confusing. Repeat this process for the last 2 long pieces.
Try it on and make any adjustments necessary before tracing that on to the bristle board and making its reciprocal. This should give you a pretty good template for the next layer. Connect all the dots and trace the line of the taped piece. Tape a piece down on newspaper and measure out 1 ½ in from it. The next piece is the mirror image of the one you have, so you can flip it over and cut out the 2nd of 13. Now you have the first piece, you're off to the races. Try this first with newspaper, then bristle board. The W curve worked for my friend and I, but it may be different for other body types. it needs to be completely flat, with out buckling, so that it is possible to cut out of leather. First you need one piece that can rap around your body as described in the last step. This is what the bristle board and newspaper are for.
